How long does delivery take? ▾
Standard delivery across India takes 3–7 business days. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available in Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, and Hyderabad at an additional charge of ₹60. You'll receive tracking updates via SMS & WhatsApp after dispatch.
What is your return & refund policy? ▾
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return window. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Innerwear and customized products are non-returnable.
Are your products BIS / safety certified? ▾
Yes! All toys on KidzYland are BIS-certified and comply with Indian safety standards. We also stock several brands that meet EN 71 and ASTM F963 toy safety standards. You can find certification details on each product page.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? ▾
Yes, COD is available for orders between ₹199 and ₹5,000 with an additional handling fee of ₹50. COD is available at most PIN codes across India. Enter your PIN code at checkout to check availability.
